Scoring the Company
Score Guidelines
- 80% ～ 100% ... You are quite satisfied with your current company. Considering any move carries inherent risks, further enhancing your satisfaction where you are might be the most direct route to full contentment.
- 60% ～ 80% ... There appears to be considerable potential for growth. If you're contemplating a career move, it might be wise to start exploring options after you've accumulated more than two years at your current job. Alternatively, seeking different roles within the same company could also enhance your job satisfaction and professional growth.
- 40% ～ 60% ... Your satisfaction is relatively low, which could impact your well-being. It may be beneficial to consider transitioning to a new role or company that aligns more closely with your career goals and expectations.
- 0% ～ 40% ... You are deeply dissatisfied with your current workplace, a situation that might be detrimental to your professional and personal health. It's advisable to prioritize finding a more fulfilling work environment where you can achieve at least 50% satisfaction.
