How to Use

  • Add about 10 rows at the top
  • Copy and paste rows from other months
  • Change the items of the daily routines
  • Change the dates from C1 to AF1 to the current month
  • Enter a circle (〇) in the cells where you have completed the daily routines

What is a Habit Tracker?

A habit tracker is a sheet to list the things you want to make a habit and check daily whether you have accomplished them.

By doing this, you can visualize and become aware of the things you want to make a habit but can't seem to do.

For example, by doing this, I have been able to make tasks like working on Twitter, exercising, and going to bed early a habit to some extent.

Tips for Continuing with the Habit Tracker

There have been several times in the past when I neglected to continue with the habit tracker during busy periods, but I solved it by doing the following:

  • Try various templates … There are also templates for Notion. I found that the Google Sheets template I created myself worked best for me.
  • Pin it to the left side of the Chrome browser … You can do this by right-clicking the tab and selecting "Pin".
  • Combine it with frequently used sheets … I have combined it with my task management sheet and KPI dashboard, which I open almost every day.
