Tips for Using

Here are some tips for using a general task management sheet.

1. Separate Projects and BAU

Projects are large tasks that consume around 100 hours of time.

BAU (Business As Usual) refers to routine work or tasks that do not take much time.

The reason for separating these is that projects have higher priority and require proper task management.

2. Put Recurring Tasks in "BAU – Weekly / Monthly"

For example, regular meetings or daily email checks should be placed here.

The purpose is to ensure you are aware of the time spent and to avoid forgetting tasks.

3. Focus on Dark Orange in the Gantt Chart

When checking deadlines, visually confirm them using the Gantt chart.

Focus on the dark orange Gantt chart and prioritize tasks that are to the left of the current date.
